Main tasks:
- Guide and support project team and stakeholders in planning and implementation of business objectives/outcomes set by senior managers and executives
- Thoughtful planning: Implement strong project management to set teams up for success;
- Effectively facilitate team meetings and/or interactions (agenda setting, outcomes and action item management)
- Decision making, communications management and removing obstacles
- Relationship building: Build and maintain positive, trust-based working relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside of the organization
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Build in feedback loops to monitor project team/stakeholder and take steps to improve interaction/dynamics
- Goal/Value Tracking: Lead thoughtful planning, tracking and communication of specific goals to ensure transparency and business impact
- Agility: Continuously and flexibly integrate organizational priorities and challenges into planning and execution of functional solutions/service delivery
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in coordinating/managing complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer-oriented
- Profound experience in multi-disciplinary experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry matrix environment
- A life science or related degree is a must have
- Very good organizational skills along with expertise in vendor/contract/license management and attuned stakeholder management
- Excellent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and web-based planning systems such as Smartsheet and Jira, Lean Six Sigma or Level D
