Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for:
- Min. 15 + years' experience in a core Talent Acquisition profile
- Experience in handling bulk recruitment across all levels within tight deadlines is an absolute must
- Leading Talent Acquisition vertical for Europe location across all lines of businesses
- Managing the end-to-end process of attracting and on-boarding the right talent internally/external, thereby fulfilling staffing requirements on-time.
- Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures (incl. tools) and implementing them with consistency.
- Managing a team of 6-7 recruiters who are all at Managerial level
- Create, organise, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes/tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires.
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools.
- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing
- Partner with Head HR and regional team to develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy
- Ensure the right Organisation Design for the business by way of - Diagnostics, Competency Mapping, Clearly defining Roles, Establishing right Structure with reporting and span of control
