*Freelance Product Manager for mobile insurance product*We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Berlin Startup focused on consumer-oriented Digital Health solutions. Our mission is to provide users an innovative mobile engagement platform that supports a healthier and more active lifestyle. The B2C-App YAS was successfully launched in 2016. At the moment we are working on several B2B white label applications for health insurances to offer preventive healthcare solutions. Therefore, we would like you to bring your creative, analytic and can-do mindset and join our product team in Berlin starting ASAP.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ideate, define and deliver an end-to-end scope and prototype for an exciting, innovative product in Insur.Tech.
- Define the product scope, required resources, and execution timeline.
- Manage the project from start to end by working closely with all key stakeholders, such as the product and business development teams.
- Validate assumptions by talking to internal and external experts and potential customers.
- Do a thorough research of the competitive landscape and best practices in the given area.
- Work closely with the UX/UI designer to create and deliver a clickable high-fidelity prototype based on the defined scope.
- Proactively manage the risks, issues and changes in the project.
- Translate the findings into a detailed, actionable product scope and close the project by documenting and presenting those to the team.
YOUR SKILLS
- You have a proven record of work experience in creating, developing and delivering B2C applications.
- You have solid project management skills.
- Provable experience with creating functional, delightful and holistic user experience.
- Experience in conducting qualitative research.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in German and English.
- Your tech startup or consulting experience and knowledge of the insurance industry is a big plus.
- You have an eye for details, you are self-driven and self-organized.
- You are based in Berlin and open to limited business travels.
- You are a clear structured communicator who can write clear, concise product requirements and documentation with scope and deliverables.
