Job Description:Define functional and non-functional requirements for the new CRM system
Analysis of the actual state based on the current legacy system
Process definition and embedding in the IT landscape
Creating epics, user stories or requirements specifications
Creation and implementation of test cases
Production support and direct communication with end users; Solving user complaints
Must have
Customer Relationship Management Know-how
- Structured & analytical approach
Language: German and English
Should have:
Salesforce Know-how/Experience
Prior Deutsche Bank background preferable
Have worked in Scrum & Dev-Ops Approach
Nice to have-
Oracle Know-How
Tools: Enterprise Jira, HP-ALM, Service Now
Language Requirements:
