Ihre Aufgaben:
- Evaluating, allocating, installing and maintaining new hardware, software and network components (operating system, standard software, applications and network software) and communication components
- Moving and equipping workstations, instructing users how to handle the equipment, initiating repair and replacement of defective hardware
- Localizing and eliminating error conditions in the areas of hardware, software and the communication network
- Maintaining a technical inventory of all installed and stored hardware, software and network components
- Accepting and handling technical problems
- Measuring, analyzing and monitoring systems and network components regarding load and quality
- Developing proposals for optimization
- Developing implementation concepts for servers and local networks
- Maintaining and enhancing small local networks and other hardware and softare components with regard to security aspects and troubleshooting
- Coordinating the planning and rollout of new components and release changes
Ihre Qualifikation
- Sound knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2003 and Office 2007 (advantageous)
- ITIL-foundation certificate is advantage
- Languages: German and English written and spoken
