Activities:
- Tracking and reporting of Offshore and A&O resources deliverables
- Update the documents and reporting the status of the deployment progress
- Monitor the stock of the devices
- Liaise with the asset management team and update the CMDB
- Creation of the SNOW tickets only on the T+ 1 day
- Monitor the status of SNOW incident tickets
- Collate the user sign off checklists, scan and upload to SharePoint
- Coordinate with Site contacts for daily scheduled users, replacement hardware
- Configure SCCM task sequence for daily deployment
- Resolve all deployment technical failures/issues
- Build swing kits for remote/small site users
- Coordinate with Site contacts for the new Win10 machine shipping to small sites
