Riverbed Network Analyst

To support our international customer in the south of Munich we are currently looking for an expert in dealing with Riverbed SteelCentral. Are you looking for a long-term project in a complex environment?
Your tasks
- Analysis, design & support of supraregional IT network structures
- Definition of setup alerts based on proactive monitoring based on customer success criteria
- Implementation of incoming customer requests and necessary adjustments in the CISCO environment
- Close cooperation with international project managers in the monitoring and implementation of CISCO technologies
- Ensuring the functionality of existing networks, as well as integration of multi-site structures, in the future with Riverbed NetProfiler
Your skills
- Very good understanding of the care of network structures
- Extensive experience with Riverbed SteelCentral Appresponse, Riverbed SteelCentral Aternity and CISCO Tetration
- Constant knowledge and high affinity to CISCO technologies, ideally with appropriate certification
- Excellent communication skills
