For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager - HealthcareContext:
We have a very interesting challenge ahead of us which will disrupt the health industry and which should be designed, planned and successfully carried out at first in form of MVP and then rolled out. The project will have several parts including customer experience, technical integration, product customization and change management. In the project different parties with own interests will be involved. Overall coordination of the MVP and alignment, coordination between parties and management will be required.
Concrete tasks:
• Planning of the MVP incl. planning and preparation of workshops, interviews, meetings.
• Alignment with different parties involved in the project on the project schedule and required consultants.
• Management of the project based on the agile methodology and experience in the usage of Atlassian tools.
• Creation of execution reporting and consulting of top-management about the progress of the project and possible risks, impediment and dependencies.
• Budget controlling and Utilization reporting
Skills:
• Familiar with CRM Technologies such as Salesforce and capable of bringing his/her tech experience to manage the project.
• Experience in technical integration projects is required
• Self-confident and strong communication skills.
• Solid experience in Scrum and agile methodologies is also necessary.
• Experience with Digital Business Transformation and/or Start-up is nice to have
• Solid experience with project management tools, such as Atlassian tools, agile methods
• Problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyse quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables.
• Ability to navigate and communicate in a moving and uncertain environment
