Project Controller (m/f)

Duration: 3 MM++
Main tasks:
- Manage risk issue and action databases
- Manage programme governance schedule and organise meetings
- Manage the complete onboarding / offboarding process for all members of the program
- Manage the SharePoint site including access request process
- Support ad hoc requests for presentation from the program director
- Manage approvals of different project documents (such as Project Definition, Deliverable Approval Document)
Main qualifications
- Experience in project and change management, not necessarily as a project manager (e.g. in PMO)
- At ease with Excel worksheets/financial calculations
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Highly competent in written and spoken English (primary project language)
- French and German skills would be an added advantage
