Telecommunication - Process and Tools Manager (w/m) Ref-Nr. 8644 SWContract: freelanced or employed

Location: D8 - Munic with business travel to Düsseldorf
Job description:
The role requires management and responsibility for the Adelante end to end Rollout and Support Processes, with particular emphasis on:
Ensuring the End to End deployment process is at all times accurately documented and representative of the current commercial requirements of all operational disciplines across the Programme, most notably:
- Purchase to Pay
- E2E Connectivity Planning and Line of Sight
- Civil Works - design, permitting and Construction
- Installation and Commissioning (radio and microwave)
- Site Integration and Verification
- Procurement and Partner Management
- Logistics
- Documentation Control
- Commercial (Claim, Change Order and Contract Management)
- Cost & Progress, and Finance & Control Processes
- Maintaining detailed knowledge and understanding of all related Processes, to
ensure active leadership, contribution and participation in process design,
problem diagnosis and improvement initiatives across all functional disciplines.
- Identifying, defining and leading the development of new Processes, ensuring
cross functional and customer compliance with operational and commercial
requirements.
- Play a key role in the evaluation and impact assessment of functional and
commercial change requests, facilitating proper integration with existing the
Processes and supporting successful implementation.
- Ensuring alignment between the Functional Processes, the Programme
Management Office tools and systems, Procurement and the Programme delivery
and support teams.
Skills:
- very good experience with Turn Key procjects (RAN Rollout)
- theoretical PM background like PMI, IPMA certification or similar which is related
structural process setup
- German and English fluently
- good communication and coordination
