We are looking for a highly skilled QA Compliance Expert (m/f/d) to join an innovative company in the Pharmaceutical sector. If you're seeking the opportunity to work for such a global organisation, we may have the perfect role for you.You will be responsible for management and continuous improvement of the Quality Risk Management process applied to oversight of external suppliers providing APIs, drug products, materials and services according to cGMP/ICH and Regulatory Authority.
What will you be doing?
- Support the development of supplier oversight processes for effective risk management e.g. external database searches, predicitve data analysis process development and concerned tools
- Support the harmonization of risk management processes and its continued improvement
- Support day to day operations for supplier risk management activities
- Participate in ESO quality related initiatives as necessary or as requested by NTO or Group QA
- Drive improvement projects across ESO QA organization as needed
- Interact with stakeholders / other functions to improve the quality and compliance for ESO Supplier Management
- Support other ESO compliance activities as required
- Collaboration and alignment with the following functions regarding ESO Topics (e.g. Quality Risk Assessments, Key Quality Indicators (KQI) and Supplier Relationship)
- Maintain current knowledge of international regulatory and legislative requirements and trends
Ideal background
- Bachelor or higher in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology or another related science
- Fluent in English, 2nd language desirable
- Experience in Risk Management process, including predictive data analysis and related applicable qualitative and quantitative tools (statistical and related applied mathematics)
- Excellent technical ability; experience using industry-standard software and the ability to learn new systems quickly; CSV experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to work without supevision
- Collaborative team player
- Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal skills, organsational, intercultural communication, and negotiation
- Desirable experience in an international matrix organisation
- Self-motivated, process- and performance-oriented
