Ihre Aufgaben:
- The ServiceNow solution architect shall guide the implementation of a ServiceNow at new OSS (Operating Service System)/BSS (Business Support System) chain for the customers Open Cloud product.
- The ServiceNow solution architect works active on detail design creation and play the main role during tests and implementation of ServiceNow and is responsible for fast design adjustments if necessary.
- The ServiceNow solution architect brings several components into detail design together and consider about all interfaces, which will be involved into main and ServiceNow design architecture.
Voraussetzungen:
- Project experience with OSS / BSS architecture
- Hands on experience in SAP BRIM including CRM, SAP Hybris eShop
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow, preferably with OneLogin
- Experience with billing systems, preferably with cloud native billing systems and billing of cloud services
- ITSM experience with ServiceNow and HP ServiceManager
- Deep understanding in Architecture patterns: scaling, load balancing, provisioning
- Understanding the fundamentals of Open Cloud Products
- English (flutently) is mandatory
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to work in an agile environment

- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team
