Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell einen Senior Fund Accountant (w/m/d) in Frankfurt am Main

Aufgabengebiet
• Reconciliation of BS and P/L accounts
• Foreign currency valuation
• Processing of payments
• Review of financial statements, profit and loss accounts
• Monitoring external service providers (quality, deadlines)
• Monitoring quarterly consolidated reporting according Lux Gaap/IFRS
• Review and upload of data from service providers
• Support of transaction team re share deals within purchase and sell process, calculation of purchase price
• Assist structuring cross border real estate acquisition
• Structuring/monitoring cross border fund flows (equity contributions, intercompany loans)
• Coordination of auditors re consolidated annual accounts of cross border real estate portfolios
• Contact person for internal departments, auditors and external service providers responsible funds

Anforderungsprofil
• Excellent German & English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience in real estate business or audit companies
• knowledge about German and Luxemburg Investment funds
• IFRS knowledge
• Microsoft office, especially advanced Excel skills
