Beschreibung

Wir, die Accessio IMS, suchen ab Anfang Januar 2019 für unseren Kunden einen freiberuflichen CRM Manager (w/m) in Vollzeit für 6 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung am Standort Raum München.

As a CRM Manager Retention Business you will be responsible to maximize customer lifetime as well as revenue and execute targeted multi-channel campaigns worldwide to improve customer loyalty.

Your tasks

- Monitor and optimize license-based KPIs (renewal rates, churn rates, AOV) per product and market
- Develop, implement, automate and monitor lifecycle and adhoc campaigns for users of our free and paid products to increase loyalty and customer lifetime value
- Generate and validate customers insights and spread them out company-wide
- Be creative and enhance renewal and retention campaigns with new ideas and concepts
- Create trigger campaigns along the customer journey to ensure maximum customer centricity
- Define reporting measurements and track our campaign development process (campaign briefs, story tasks, …)
- Grow the business by consistent data-driven optimization of segmentation and value driven messaging
- Create data reports and presentations for campaign flows and CRM programs
- Use data-driven performance reviews to enhance our active renewal and monetization campaigns
- Be responsible for our business case and forecasts
- Act as interface for all relevant business areas

Your profile

- We are searching for a University graduate with at least 4 years of experience in a marketing department and sound knowledge of Customer Relationship Management. Experience in subscription business is a must. If you already worked with Selligent as a CRM tool – perfect!
- Basic knowledge about product marketing and/or experience within software industry would be helpful.
You should know how to deal with a considerable revenue responsibility and leading projects in interdisciplinary teams. If you are a creative and analytical person at the same time with a lot of enthusiasm in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, you could be the perfect fit for this position.
