Job Description:
• Candidate must have 15years experience with minimum 8years as Business Analyst
• Expert or hands on experience of working on Safe agile framework.
• Well versed in writing Features and User stories.
• Experience in giving sprint end demo’s.
• Experience in JIRA or similar tools.
• Knowledge of salesforce or similar stack
• Gather, define and prioritise requirements of the project in close collaboration with client
• Write functional requirements using use case specifications or user stories
• Perform business process gap analysis
• Act as product owner for the project to guide the team making the right choices to maximize project and customer success
• Facilitate sprint planning, Backlog planning and sprint demo during construction phase
• Configure the various customer experience building blocks
• Experience in Digital Technologies
• Strong experience in B2B
