Currently Templeton & Partners is looking for an Experienced Release Test Manager to join one of our international clients for a position in Frankfurt, Germany of 6 months with option of extension.
The Task
Templeton & Partners is looking for a strong communicative Experienced as a Release Test Manager You are responsible for the central release management and create the release calendar taking into account the dependencies between the payment transaction applications.
Some of your key activities will include:
- You are responsible for planning releases, the changes they contain, and coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- As a Release Test manager, you accompany the entire life cycle of the changes from RfC through requirements analysis, design, conception, development and testing through to go-live.
- Design and manage the operational release and change management together with the team leader.
- Coordinate all relevant release activities in collaboration with various business units, in particular project management, the test team, national development teams and production areas.
- They identify, optimize and monitor the change and release processes and continue to develop them.
- You manage risks and quality of the individual topics.
- In addition, you assist in the defect and incident management process.
Our client is looking for you to have experience and skills in:
- Knowledge in the area of change and release management (according to ITIL) as well as in the area of documentation and the corresponding standards (for example UML) are of advantage.
- In addition, you are characterized by an independent and self-responsible way of working.
- You have knowledge of IT Service Management according to ITIL.
- The use of workflow systems is not foreign to you and you are safe in dealing with common office products.
- Being able to stimulate an Agile environment
- Experience as a test Manager
- Certificates in Testing
- Experience with Payments such as SEPA
- Knowledge of XML
- Experience with using tools such as HP ALM
- Preferably German and English proficiency B1
