Task:General description:
? Business lead in change projects related to strategic pricing platform
? Link between Market Representatives, Product Managers, Solutions Owners and IT
Main tasks:
? Coordinate requirement definition and ensure implementation of innovations of internal stakeholders (i.e. product management, front office, operations) impacting pricing infrastructure (Client Pricing, Discount tool)
? Consolidate business requirement, organise review and sign-offs
? Coordinate rollout of the requirement and application releases with IT
? Manage & organise periodical training for front units
? Manage and organise working groups
? Lead diverse sub-projects related to Client Pricing Infrastructure relevant for strategic initiatives
? Ongoing market screening related to Client Pricing Infrastructure / Discount Tool improvement
Requirements (Must have):
? Business studies (University, professional school (FH)) and/or Banking apprenticeship with professional experience
? 3-5 years experience within the financial services industry, ideally in a large organisation
? Project & process management experience as business project manager responsible for overall project or sub projects
? Pricing know how benefical but not mandatory
? Very good communication and influencing skills, ability to mediate between different parties in an interdisciplinary environment
?Good banking products knowledge
? Team player with a lot of self motivation and the ability to motivate others; proactive and hands-on mentality
? Very good analytical & conception skills
? English and German is a must, any other languages are a plus
