Wir suchen zurzeit für folgende Projektierung externe Unterstüzung:Position:
Billing and Rating Support Agent
Start: ASAP
Dauer: 3-6 Monate
Einsatzort: Brüssel
Context of the Job:
Billing and Rating Support Team is part of Customer Operations and deals with second line support towards Call Centre, cellular mobile shops, Back office teams and correspondence.
Billing and Rating Support Team investigates Billing, rating & provisioning problems for postpaid and prepaid customers
Skills:
Analyzing escalation tickets :
Identifying interrelated complaints and prioritizing investigations
Performing investigations with the tools at hand in order to confirm severity of the issue, (by monitoring system tools, customer's profile or reproducing the issue)
Informing customers when solution implemented
2nd (eventually 3rd) level escalation :
Gathering all information required by ICT support teams prior escalation
Analyzing the ongoing issue and identifying possible source of errors in systems/network.
Creating tasks to the ICT departments (billing, rating, provisioning, customer care system functionalities…)
Follow up on escalations and alert IC Experts in case of major issues
Validation of efficiency of solutions delivered by ICT and providing feedback accordingly
Raise revenue affecting issues linked to the rating/billing of retail customers to revenue assurance/risk department.
