Lead Enterprise Solution Architect (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Lead the architecture and enable technology strategies for infrastructure, hosting and cloud for the organization
- Drive alignment on the adoption and realization of the architecture strategy and partner with business alignment team as well as the business leaders on all levels to gain support and adoption of the strategy and vision
- Lead the development of a reference and destination solution and technical architecture standards as well as the usage guidelines
- Demonstrate leadership in global architecture excellence
- Communicate between key stakeholders in business and IT
- Work as a part of the architecture group as well as business alignment team to convert business requirements into an architecture blueprint and conceptual design, based on the architecture standards and usage guidelines
- Work with enterprise architecture review board for architecture governance across architecture domains
- Provide a blueprint for the individual systems to be deployed, the interdependencies between the application systems, and their relationships to the core business processes of the organization with the frameworks for services to be exposed as business functions for integration
- Facilitate product selection as part of architecture standards definition and partner with business, business alignment team and solution delivery teams to select an approach and product to meet business needs in line with architecture standards and guidelines
Main qualifications
- Experience in respective domain area and in large corporate including full SDLC implementations
- Good experiences with cloud infrastructure solutions
- Good management experience
- Experience in working as enterprise/solution architect in an architecture team
- Working knowledge of systems architectural concepts and frameworks (preferably TOGAF)
- Experience developing roadmaps of the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from current to future status
- Ability to provide strong functional thoughtful leadership in the respective domain and ability to act as an advisor for the business and strategy leads on industry best practices
