The client: One of the biggest automotive companies in the world. A very reputable organisation present in many countries around the globe. In fact, one of the world's market leaders in revenue and investment. Their use of new technology and their innovative modern approach are part of their identity.
Location: Germany
Rate: Open, negotiable depending on experience
Duration: Initial 6 months' contract (possibility of extension upon completion of this initial period)
Start date: ASAP
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Main responsibilities:
- Concept design
- Numerical calculations and optimisation of structural elements
- Structural analysis of composite components and assemblies using the latest finite element techniques
- Simulation of crash tests, analysis of energy absorbing materials and evaluation of crash simulation results
