Task:- Analyze and gather business requirements for new projects and initiatives
- Develop and implement a project portfolio management along with a resource plan
- Responsible for managing pipeline (service requests, change requests, projects) while adhering to change management protocol
- Planning and coordination of the project regarding timeline and budget
- Creation of project reporting
Requirements (Must have):
- Experiences with IT and/or OT projects
- Strong Project Management and organizational skills
- Strong emphasis on customer service/relationship management
- Good communication skills in German and English
