Main tasks:
- Manage program define requirements based on existing tools and future objectives support vendor identification and selection onboard vendor to the internal processes
- Work with vendor to define future state workflows and implement them support testing and deployment
- Drive integration with other strategic tooling (splunk, threatcenter, etc.) Decommission legacy tools
- Manage stakeholder communication and engagement
- Manage requirements from the CIO teams
Main qualifications
- Expert knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MS Visio
- Experience with Share Point Administration is preferred
- Foundation level experience in Enterprise Architecture and User Interface Designing (Intermediate)
- Certification in IT Service Management (ITIL), IT Governance (COBIT) or Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP, CISM, CISA) and/or professional experience is desirable
- Organizational Change Management expertise
- Business Analysis expertise (CBAP) or Project Management expertise (PMP / PRINCE2)
- Excellent German and English communication skills - written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in team settings
