Für einen unserer Kunden in Ludwigshafen suchen wir ab Januar 2019 zwei Security Analysten.Beschreibung:
Job functions:
The Security Analyst analyzes security alerts and identified vulnerabilities in more detail. For example by statistical and event-related analysis of network traffic and in deep analysis of network protocols and packets. This includes the provision of actionable information about new or unknown security alerts, identified vulnerabilities and recommendations for further handling to other teams of the security organization. The Security Analyst is as well responsible for the improvement of the security tools and may assist in the development of security solutions.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of five years information security or network security experience
At least 24 months working experience in a security operation center
Good knowledge of the deployed security tools, trouble ticket system, and databases
Experience at IBM QRADAR SIEM
Experience at FireEye (Modules HX, EX)
Proven experience in SIEM, vulnerability and network analysis technologies
Strong knowledge of information security best practices
Good knowledge of risk assessment methods and technologies
Good understanding of business applications, including ERP and financial systems
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls,
and the associated network protocols and concepts
Strong analytical skills to analyze security requirements and relate them to
appropriate security controls
Excellent technical knowledge of mainstream operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.)
Programming Skills – more than one (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Python, …)
Understanding of security operations and ITIL working practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact with personnel at all levels and across all business units and organizations
Ability to prioritize workloads and to know when to escalate problems
Additional Requirements:
Place of work: 100% in Ludwigshafen
Shift model 7x24 hours à 6 days and 5 nights in Ludwigshafen and then 4 free days
