Salesforce Business AnalystSalesforce Business Analyst required to join a Salesforce end user project in the Automotive industry in Heidelberg.
The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for their Salesforce solution enhancement through gathering Salesforce business requirements from all business units and translating in to technical specifications / workflows for Salesforce development teams. The Salesforce Business Analyst will also be responsible for collaborating with offshore teams.
Essential Skills / Experience:
Salesforce Business Analysis
Experience of Salesforce capabilities and functionalities
Delivered UAT and created Salesforce training material
Experience working on projects where Salesforce has been integrated into 3rd party software
Fluent German and English
Desireable:
Salesforce training material already accessible and prepared
Salesforce Chatter knowledge
Salesforce "Out of the box" knowledge
