Leistungsbeschreibung:
Work cross-functionally with multiple business units/areas and making sure to develop, maintain and grow stakeholder relationships, keeping in mind the overall business goals
- making sure communication is flowing between Proposition Manager and the rest of the project team
- Responsible for shaping, initiating and delivering technology and/or business projects as part of a wider portfolio under the leadership of a Proposition Manager/Epic Owner
- Plan and manage the delivery of effective business readiness and business implementation working closely with operational teams and focusing on a customer centric approach
- Responsible for appropriate management and tracking of project status
- Responsible for business stakeholder engagement, communication and stakeholder management to support the effective delivery of the project
- manage and monitor the day to day focus and activities of the project team, ensuring appropriate productivity measurement and performance standards, robust controls and checks are embedded
- manage the project planning and delivery through effective risk, issue and dependency management, and excellent stakeholder communications and management"
Anforderung:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complex matrix organisation and quick to adapt to changing requirements
- Excellent communication skills, managing stakeholders at an executive level
- Ability to simplify technical jargon into concise easy to understand facts for the key stakeholders
- A team player, committed to working in a team
- A resilient and calm approach whilst working through crisis issues in a pressurised environment
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
- Self-starting and proactive in building stakeholders network
- Fluent in German (preferably native German speaker) and English
