Level 1 support (German Speaker)
One of my clients is urgently looking for a German speaking Level 1 support Analyst for 6-12 month contract in in Wallau, based in around the Frankfurt region of Germany.
Tasks
- Provide professional onsite IT support with a high service level to different client units as defined in the Service Level Agreements
- Perform and manage planned activities, such as IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds and maintenance activities
- Take necessary decisions and actions to solve issues, as well as prioritise issues according to business needs, and know when and how to escalate an issue in the support chain
- Configure and install various networks, devices and Servers to the client's standards
- Maintain and ensure continuous uptime/availability of the onsite IT infrastructure
- Seek to improve the way processes work and suggest improvements and enhancements where possible
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good knowledge in administration of Client Server systems, network (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Router, Switches, Telephony, VOIP), Exchange, Win10, O365, information security
- Knowledge of fixed telephony lines and mobile is a plus
- Service and solution oriented
- Hands on mentality
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner
- Problem solver, organized, attention to details and multitasking skills
- Team player, able to support other team members in the delivery of team objectives
- Fluent Deutsch, English is a plus
