My client is currently looking for a German speaking Service delivery specialist for a contract opportunity based near Furstenfeldbruck, Germany.
Responsibility:- First-level support via ticket system, e-mail, and phone
- Support for Microsoft operating systems, office, and various mobile device platforms
- Edit, monitor, and resolve service requests
- Set up and configure network printers With IT business partners, vendors, and IT Support teams communicate to resolve incidents
- Create and update the technical knowledge base
- Provide hardware for the end user
- At least 2 years of work experience in a comparable position
- Experience in technical support
- Knowledge of common communication technologies such as WAN/LAN, video conferencing, VOIP, mobile device management and IT service management
- Experience in Microsoft Operating Systems, Office Suite and Remedyforce
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and German
