Volume: 40hrs / fulltime
Background: For a running programme the programme manager is looking for the support of a Project Management Supprt / Coordinator to coordinate and structure projects. Likewise he is expected to manage the progress of the projects, incl. regular Status updates, alignments on progress, problem management, etc.
Tasks:
- Managing rather complex projects in a challenging environment
- Strong communicator
- Risk and problem management
- Creation of regular status reports
- Management and coordination of third party suppliers and offshore resources Skills
- Project Management experience
- Very good coordination skills
- Good knowledge about IT
- Strong knowledge in Risk and Escalation Management
- Independent work style and pro-active attitude
- Experience with Prince2
- Experience with Steering IT Projects
- ITIL
- Agile
- N2H: Experience with global clients or international project experience
- Windows experience (Windows Admin)
