Dear all,for our client in Munich we are seeking for an experienced Product Owner (m/f).
Tasks:
• Taking care of Backlog prioritisation (with regards to scope, budget, time), Budget Control, running costs, supplier timesheets, Backlog in JIRA and control the supplier retainer
• Liaison for purchasing and other internal processes (Purchasing, IT-Security, Data Privacy, Works council)
• Correspond with suppliers concerning contracts (IT Security, Data Privacy)
• Describe Change Request, answer questions, get approval (IT Security, Data Privacy)
• Alignment with overall communication strategies & the setup of editorial teams
• Inform stakeholders about development
• Discuss stakeholder needs
• Brand & Style Governance in UX/UI
• Define User Stories/Requirements - where necessary in coordination with C-CO/CT/MS.
• "Planning of Releases; Plan releases with developers. Take into account needs of editorial teams."
• Review & Acceptance of Development
• Review & approve suggested solution for implementation.
• Hosting of other external content (e.g. Microsites, Documents for SAP SRM...)
• Review current supplier structure and collaboration model
• Internal development and maintenance processes
• Legal and Contracting (AVV, DSGVO, Data Security Contract)
• Budget, purchasing and controlling (e.g.: internal accounting between BU
Skills:
• Long timer experience in Project Management
• Experience in Software-Development-Process
• Technical understanding in Website-Management
• Management of agencies and development service providers
• Business fluent in English and German
• Very well communication and negotiation skills
Workload:
• approx. 2,5 Days per week
