Currently we are looking for experienced Change- and Configuration Management (m/w) with ITSM-Tool Know-How next to Franfurt am Main.Responsibilities:
Define and document detail process of Change Management/ Life Cycle Management
Preparation of an implementation concept for implementation Change Management/ Life Cycle Management
Define and document detail process of Configuration Management / CMDB
Preparation of an implementation concept for implementation for Configuration Management and CMDB
Define and document detail process of Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and some other Processes
Skills:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience
Project management skills
ITIL V3
Best Practice of Change Management, Life Cycle Management, Configuration Management and CMDB and all other IT processes
ITSM-Tool Know How
