Beschreibung
Task:Consultancy in Project „Service Delivery Management - Platform Operations“ with the aim to execute operations for enterprise data management and analytics platforms (2 technology stacks: one is Hortonworks HDP, the other one is a proprietary stack “Palantir Foundry”):
- for technical transfer of projects (ensuring of defined process) from exploration and development into operations
- for defining and refining go-live milestone stages, standard checks and their verification
- for operating change process for projects and enterprise platform enhancements in-flight
- for managing demand from projects, operations and incidents
- for service definition, management and execution for application and platform services
- for ensuring execution of work packages by system operations team (incl. training on good service delivery practices)
- for service and change reporting
- for reviewing standard operating procedures
Requirements (Must have):
Experienced in Projectmanagement an Business Analysis
Experienced in Hortonworks HDP ond / or “Palantir Foundry”
Environment/Miscellaneous:
Percentage of on site support required - 80 %
