For our clients in Paris and Wuppertal we are looking for an agile Coach (m/f).As an Agile Coach (m/f), you share our vision of an agile bank and work with our Project Portfolio & Process Management department to train all business departments. You are translator / mediator between departments, get everyone from the employee to the management on its individual level and bring people together, to an interdisciplinary way of working. You know about the trends and developments of the agile community and transfer your knowledge into our IT and business departments. In addition, you help the other Scrum Masters and Product Owners to perform their roles to ensure the best possible working in an agile environment.
Requirements must have:
- 10 years of work experience in the relevant area.
- 3 years work experience and sustainable continuous development as an Agile Coach, preferably proven as a Certified Scrum Professional or Agile Coach (m/f).
- Good knowledge of agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework, Kanban, DevOps, Lean Thinking, Design Thinking, etc.).
- Fluent in communicating in both German and English language
