Process and Portfolio Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
  • As a portfolio manager you'll coordinate the portfolio processes with the regional counterparts to prepare key decision meetings with senior stakeholders
  • You are responsible for managing all processes related to the digital platform portfolio from the initial definition of the portfolio and the roadmap to change requests, dependency planning and the assessment of impact vs. initial business cases
  • The roadmap will align with the customer's vision for segmentation and growth, providing a platform for long-term contribution to the consumer business
  • You work with controlling and the digital platform PMO to ensure sufficient funding for all portfolio EPICs as well as to ensure alignment of the roadmap with regional MTPs
  • Support the preparation of concise business cases, proposals and papers to be presented to the board


Main qualifications
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the overall portfolio and roadmap to not only manage the process but also be able to challenge content owners and understand dependencies and impacts of portfolio EPICs
  • Strong experience in developing and managing B2C products and good track record of commercial and/or technical achievement and P&L improvement, revenue growth and cost reduction
  • Experience in the commodity business could be advantageous
  • You have the ability to deliver to tight time scales, innovate and 'think outside the box' to deliver propositions/products and solutions that meet customers’ stated requirements
  • Strong analytical skills including financial modelling, valuation and financial statement analysis
  • Experience regarding propositions, or strategy related team
  • You are open-minded and curious and have the ability to bring in new ideas
  • You have exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills along with strong influencing skills
  • You are fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
