· Mandatory skills: German B2/C1 or best German native, Windows Server OS, Databases/SQL
· Optional skills: Computer validation, experience in production environments or pharma industry
Job role: IT specialist
IT Specialist who will be responsible for the end to end technology support at the site across a portfolio of enabling technology solutions. The IT Specialist will be directed by the local IT site lead to assist with all IT related initiatives including the day to day operational support for the site. S/he will support the IT services at the site that include efforts such as enterprise resiliency, modernization, maintenance and other miscellaneous projects. S/he will also be responsible for IT project management in support of the technology implementation at the site.

Desired Skills
• Previous Microsoft OS upgrade experience in a corporate environment. Windows 7, Windows XP or Windows 10 with Solid Windows migration background
• Broad experience in Windows desktop deployments, migration related activities, and post migration support
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 7 or Windows 10 hardware, drivers, and software
• Strong understanding of an array of computer equipment, peripherals, mobile devices as well as standard software applications (MS Office, Windows Operating Systems, VPN client software (Citrix; Juniper), Remote Desktop tools, Active Directory, Remedy, SCCM, and RSA Security Console)
• Knowledgeable in software deployment methodologies including deployment of Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with LAN/WAN troubleshooting
• Ability to perform tasks as outlined and requested by client IT site manager
• Ability to interface with end users – customer service attitude
• Some project management experience and Problem solving skills - ability to perform root cause analysis and determine appropriate course of action
• Strong team-working skills, Good interpersonal skills and Detail-oriented
Experience
Minimum of 3-4 years IT experience managing deployment of technology components in a specific technical discipline: clients, servers, storage, web platforms, database platforms, security, networks, or communications ideally with a mix of skills that include technical architectures, engineering and operations experience
Based on several interviews now, the customer is strongly looking for skills in:
· Windows Server OS
· Windows 10 Migration
· regulatory environments such as pharma
· documentary experience
· experience in production environments
· Project experience (rather not only Service Desk Level 2)
· SQL
· Validation (optional)
EU passport und fließend Deutsch sind must!!!!!
