For our client, a global Telecommunications company we are looking for a Software Developer on a freelance basis (f/m)
Project duration: 02.01.2019 - 1 year
Location: Duisburg (remote work possible up to 40%)
Languages: English
Task description:
* The suitable candidate will be consulting on the architecture and development of enhancements for the current validation management flow
* Tasks include debugging and profiling
* Roll-out to the customer teams (internal and external).
* Consulting in-house teams on best practises.
Skills:
* Software Development and Architecture background
* Expert database (DB, SQL, noSQL, CloudDB) knowledge
* Advanced knowledge of Perl, Python/Java Scripting languages
* Proven experience in Software Content Management (Git/Clearcase) and Test Management (HP ALM/QC)
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer
* Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS
* Experience as a Project Manager with agile methodologies (SCRUM) is not a must, but would be beneficial
* Automotive ISO26262/IEC61508 would be helpful
* Fluent written and spoken in English, German nice to have
