This is an initial 9 month contract with potential of extension. This will be 75% remote with 25% required time in Berlin, they are flexible on the exact days.

Scrum Master
• Moderation of sprints, sprint reviews, standup calls and sprint planning
• Monitoring scrum team and scrum process to ensure quality and timeline
• Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to review backlog, active sprint and planned sprints.
• Guide team on how to apply agile/scrum values and principles in their day to day activity
• Assist with achieving open communication and transparency within scrum team and other stakeholders
• Assist team by finding blockers and help them find the right person to remove the blocker
• 3+ years of working as a scrum master in a software development team
• 1+ years of experience working as scrum master with offshore, nearshore and onshore team setup
• 4+ years of experience as an agile coach and related principles
• Latest start January 2019
