2nd Line Support - Mail Services
Skills: Exchange (2016), SMTP Gateways: Exchange Edge, IBS, Ironport, Enterprise Archiving System, Antimalware: Symantec, Ironport (McAfee and Sophos), Edge (Kaspersky), SSM-TLS

My client is looking for an experienced 2nd line support to provide support on incident management process with the execution of health check and known errors procedures, including troubleshooting, incident analysis and resolution (includes Outlook client on Win7/10 and Citrix). You will be responsible to prepare, plan and coordinate the implementation of configuration change requests to be executed out of working hours.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of technical troubleshooting documentation related to incident resolution and change implementation performed by the service hereby described. (includes Outlook client on Win7/10 and Citrix). You will execute requests for Public Folder provisioning and management as well as execute requests for email archive provisioning and management.
You ideally will have the following skills;
- Strong experience of being 2nd line support
- Experience and familiar with Exchange (2016).
- Knowledge of SMTP Gateways: Exchange Edge, IBS, Ironport
- Experience of Enterprise Archiving System
- Antimalware: Symantec, Ironport (McAfee and Sophos), Edge (Kaspersky)
- SSM-TLS
