ETWeb Pay Expert (m/f)With around 1000 employees and currently 500 freelance consultants, we support well-known companies in the implementation of their IT projects.
For one of our customers in Essen we are looking for an ETWeb Pay Expert (m / f) on a freelance basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
The Graded population of the client (all top executives) is running their yearly Compensation & Bonus process in ETWeb (Lumesse). This application needs to be maintained, and changes to the requirements need to be analyzed and implemented.
- As the ETWeb expert you are in direct close contact with the Center of Expertise on Total Rewards.
- As the expert on ETWeb you need to analyze the different questions, issues and changes coming in, and be able to make the necessary changes in the system.
- Very good English skills, German is a plus
- Lumesse experience is a must-have, ETweb a very-nice-to-have requirement
- Experienced in the task required
- Experience with Requirement management, process modelling, process analysis
- Nice-to-have: knowledge on the industry: Manufacturing
