ServiceNow Process Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Higher national diploma level in a relevant discipline
- 3+ years' experience in implementing and transforming Service Management programs as a Business Analyst
- Background in Event and Availability Management in project and operational assignments
- Profound knowledge of ITIL and Service Management IT industry coupled with tools like BMC Remedy and HP SM
- Know-how of limitations of ServiceNow and good practice design for solutions of enterprise scale
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Taking ownership for core ServiceNow module delivery with minimal management support
- Implementing and transforming Service Management programs while acting as a Business Analyst
- Performing consulting services, including working with offshore development teams
- Executing activities regarding Event and Availability Management
