Skype for Business Engineer - 3rd Level Support (w/m) with profound ICT knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the telecommunication sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Technical degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline
- Prior experience in a 1st level support role in a complex environment
- Profound knowledge of Cisco UC, Microsoft Skype for Business and related applications
- Strong background with ICT solutions and familiar products, such as Windows Server, Exchange and Office365
- Excellent communicational skills with good knowledge of Stakeholder Management
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Supporting the Business in a complex environment at the interface between 1st level of the customer and 2nd & 3rd level on company's behalf
- Maintaining a stable infrastructure across multiple data centers, third-party additions such as SBC, Verba, Skype Shield, Polycom, and collaboration with vendors
- Working in an agile setup in a small, powerful team with responsibility for the overall solution
- Operating and developing activities are defined and processed in sprint cycles
- Proactively promoting topics such as automation and standardisation via Scripting
