For one of our clients we are looking for a Projektmanager (m/w) Outsourcing IT Infrastruktur in Munich.
Project intention:
Evaluate outsourcing of IT Infrastructure (hardware, network, server software, operation) with respect to feasibility, risk and effort. In case a positive decision is taken design outsourcing architecture and coordinate implementation and test process.
Evaluation phase:
Requirement assessment for all applications used within the project
Analysis of current used infrastructure components and interfaces for these applications
Specification of relevant “new” infrastructure setup and modifications of relevant interface connections.
Carving out of legal requirements for IT outsourcing (MunichRe – new IT provider)
Execution of RfP process for decision memo of possible new infrastructure provider
Analyse of used SW/HW licensing
Creation of possible IT architecture plan
First analysis of legal requirements
Requirements:
>5 years relevant experience in IT outsourcing projects
Understanding of technical infrastructure setup e.g. client - server architecture
Unix/Linux
Oracle DB (11/12g)
Cloud Computing
Conversant with IT-Infrastructure outsourcing projects
Experienced in requirement assessment of infrastructure setup used for client server applications
High motivation in understanding and restructuring complex IT-structures
Project duration:
Analysis + RfP ca.2 months
possible 6-9 months after decision for outsourcing.
Start: asap
Fulltime (4 days a week also possible for evaluation)
Remote: max one day/week
