For our client we are searching for a Service Level Management and Supplier Management process expert (f/m) via AÜG.

Tasks:
- Apply pre-defined ITIL-based processes, procedures and methods to support and maintain the in-house IT Service Management framework and functions, in particular Service Level Management and Supplier Management.
- implementing OLAs and related tasks
- Perform day-to-day operational work related to Service Level Management and Supplier Management

Skills:
- ITIL Certification Foundation highly desired and ITIL Certification Practitioner or Service Manager Certificate
- Availability and Capacity Management process
- Implementation experience in IT service management processes concepts, in particular SLA, OLA and Supplier management
- IT operations and technical support
- Configuration Management
- Very good analytical and presentation skills
- Very good command of English with proven drafting ability


!!! IMPORTANT!!! Our clients needs this position as AÜG = Arbeitnehmerüberlassung = German Law on Labour! That means that you have to state a monthly salary and get paid leave days etc. (like a temporary employment)!!!
