Task:
CRC Project Manager

(We are rather looking for someone with the appropriate IT skills, but who also has a certain understanding of HR in order to discuss things with the HR departments.)

In your role you will be globally responsible to drive and steer the annual Compensation Review Cycle (CRC) and to support the Performance Management Process (PMP) as well as other Total Rewards compensation programs.
Key tasks are split in 3 Phases aligned with the entire cycle:

Phase 1
- Steering of all CRC preparation activities by collecting, analyzing and verifying business requests in close liaison with other customer Business Services – Business Technology (MBS-BT)
- Execute regular update calls with Core team, MBS-HR and other stakeholders
- (Internal) Coordinating and performing User Acceptance Testing
- Monitoring cut-over activities (e.g. collect all structural data and watching timelines)
- Prepare and update relevant process documentation
- Prepare and run enablement sessions for HR Business Partner, HR Services and Regional Rewards
- Define and translate business requirements of Compensation Subject Matter Experts (Base pay, Bonus, LTI) and experts from the regions as well as mobility (expats)
- (Internal) Liaise with MBS-HR to improve data quality and develop concept for correction process

Phase 2
- Monitor cut-over activities and get system ready for tool opening in SAP/SuccessFactors
- (Internal) Follow up and ensure timely data delivery
- Transformation of delivered data to ensure system consistency
- Trouble shooting and channel tasks to the appropriate team
- Prepare and execute global wayback in close liaison with MBS-BT
- Consulting of HR (special cases)
- Liaise with MBS-HR Services and provide enablement material

Phase 3
- Analysis of issue patterns, resolution and documentation
- (Internal) Coordinate data correction process and create off-line correction statements
- (Internal) Channel tasks to appropriate teams and answer questions from employees, managers and HR

Next to these main responsibilities you will be highly involved in program planning during the year and acting as a key role to improve customer ´s compensation data quality. Administration of various Rewards program beyond standard will be part of
the portfolio as well as coordination of regional tasks or input that can be managed more efficient centrally. Creating specific reports and exercising basic data analysis are important deliverables in this job function.
You will work very closely and collaboratively with the different Service Centers in your organization.

Requirements (Must have):
Advanced knowledge of HR Processes and related IT systems, in particular SAP/SuccessFactors and (ideally) basic knowledge of Total Rewards or Compensation
- 5-7 years of Human Resources or Business Technology background
- Experienced in project management support and data analytics
- Used to act in a global matrix environment
- Strong technical, analytical & numerical skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong service mindset and passion for processes and user experience

Percentage of on site support required - 80 %
