Skills:Solid project and support experience as an SAP FI/CO with knowledge and experience in G/L Accounting and Inflation Accounting/Reports and setup.
Experience in Interfacing to 3rd party solutions
Understanding of the FI/CO functionality in SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of the integration of other SAP modules into SAP Finance
Knowledge of Finance integration points with SAP in the modules of PP, SD, MM, PM
Knowledge of any of the following Industry Sectors: Process and Discrete Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical
Strong communications skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels
Commercial awareness
Key Competencies:
Capability to understand customer / sector challenges, propose SAP solutions to solve them and devise delivery models to achieve desired results.
Proven ability to shape / architect SAP solutions to customer needs
A high level of comfort in interacting with Client teams and ability to actively engage them in meaningful dialogue throughout engagements.
Strong formal English communications skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work comfortably across time zones and cultures.
Experience:
Completed at least two full life cycle implementations on either ECC6 or S/4HANA
Working with distributed teams
Experience working using the Agile methodologies (preferred but not essential)
Experience of leading onsite / offshore teams
Working closely with top tier consulting firm
Qualifications:
A formal recognized Financial Qualification will be preferable
Training and certifications– Desirable
Exposure to SAP HANA – Desirable
Exposure to Agile delivery – desirable
English is must have, German an advantage.
