für unseren Kunden mit Sitz in Köln, suchen wir ab sofort externe Unterstützung im Bereich„Security Incident Management Operations“.
Aufgabe:
- Follow up on Security Incidents Severity 4&3
- Responsible to keep Security Incident Ticktets updated
- Active Anomaly Detection with Darktrace
- Implementation of Test Scenarios of our SIEM usecases
** We are not looking for a consultant, but an External for the operative business. The location is Cologne, on site. No remote activity. **
Technical requirements:
- Incident Handling with Service Now
- Incident Management
- Basics Network Infrastructure Technology (incl Firewall/IPS/etc.)
- Basics about Darktrace is a plus
Non-technical requirements:
Strong communicator
- Very strong analytical skills to quickly and efficiently identify security vulnerabilities that require remediation in a complex environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Stress resistant in critical situations as well as ability to work on different tasks simultaneously with limited supervision.
- Customer-oriented with very good communication skills and proactive attitude.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into easy to under-stand common language.
- Diplomacy and pragmatism in a Global and multicultural organization requiring international contacts in the day-to-day work.
Methodology / certification requirements:
Security related certifications are necessary
