Backend Python Developer (m/w), KölnShort description:
FM is an application for the digital farming area and it is available in 9 countries around the globe and helps companies to get better yield in more sustainable manner. Based on different input sources like satellite and drone imagery, machinery data, soil maps, weather etc FM can predict crops’ development, disease risks, insect infections and much more.
Start: ASAP/ Duration: 6 month with option to extend
Your Tasks:
• Developing new features of the application
• Testing and evaluate the new features
Requirements:
• Five years’ experience with Python development.
• Familiar with Flask and Django for web app and API development.
• Familiar with NumPy, SQLAlchemy and pandas.
• Have a good understanding on XML, relational database and data modeling.
• Experiences with Git version control.
• Ideally can also write JavaScript.
