- Escalation management
- End User support in the form of ticket management
- Implement hardware standards
- Operation of standard office applications
- Application management
- Check Software License Management
- Tracking and implementing IT policies
- iOS/Remote VPN/Remote Computing
Main qualifications
- ITIL Skills i.e. Incident, Change and Problem Management
- Experience with service governance providers such as HP, ATOS, WTS, IBM, etc.
- Hardware skills and standards are the basic requirement
- Practical experiences in the tasks listed above
- Fluency in German and English
