Main tasks:
  • End User Production/End User Service Project Support
  • Escalation management
  • End User support in the form of ticket management
  • Implement hardware standards
  • Operation of standard office applications
  • Application management
  • Check Software License Management
  • Tracking and implementing IT policies
  • iOS/Remote VPN/Remote Computing


Main qualifications
  • ITIL Skills i.e. Incident, Change and Problem Management
  • Experience with service governance providers such as HP, ATOS, WTS, IBM, etc.
  • Hardware skills and standards are the basic requirement
  • Practical experiences in the tasks listed above
  • Fluency in German and English
