Task:Testing and approval of IP networking equipment including requirements gathering, test plan generation, testing co-ordination, execution and documentation.
To carry out tasks related to the testing and approval of IP networking equipment including requirements gathering, test plan generation, testing co-ordination, execution and documentation. Cisco, Huawei and Juniper.
Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
Requirements (Must have):

Telecommunication +++
Thorough understanding and experience in an IP/MPLS switched / routed environment, including high level knowledge of relevant protocols, especially TCP/IP, IPSec, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS L2 & VPN and QoS.
IPv6, IPSec and Metro Ethernets knowledge
TCI/IP - +++
Ethernet - +++
Experience in IP test and evaluation including testing hardware (Spirent, Breaking Point, IXIA etc). Knowledge of security principles and industry standard firewall products, (Checkpoint, Huawei, Juniper) including high availability solutions. Cisco CCIE, CCDP, CCIP or CCNA certification or other well-known vendor (e.g. Juniper, F5) certification
Environment/Miscellaneous:
Knowledge of Cisco and or Huawei series routing / switching equipment portfolio (configure, test, troubleshoot). Knowledge and experience of Checkpoint, Crossbeam, Juniper or Cisco firewalls and Cisco load balancers.Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
