Aufgabenbeschreibung:
A developer who will contribute to the development and maintenance of framework technology. A strong emphasis will be placed upon continuous delivery of functional, robust and flexible code, adhering to given specifications. Contribute effectively to frequent object-oriented design discussions and be able to continually adjust to the changing development goals.
At least a 2:1 at University, 1st preferred
*Experience working on a team that uses iterative development, with preference given to candidates with experience in an Agile (such as SCRUM) planning cycle. [Added as it will be essential to quickly update and change the framework to support multiple teams]
*Experience with continuous integration concepts and the tools that support it, as well as other agile engineering practices.
*Experience working in a collaborative environment including being comfortable with group code reviews. Diplomacy skills are a must
*Formal development certifications very advantageous (e.g. Microsoft certified etc)
*Leadership skills
*Experience of performing structured code reviews
*Experience with working with 3rd party development teams
Erforderliche Skills:
.NET technology stack (Experte)
Production experience with the .NET technology stack, including NET 2.0, 3.5; experience at minimum with smart clients, web services, ASPX, ASMX; WPF, WCF, Web Services, remoting and data access using Oracle & SQL Server, inversion of control, ORM
JAVA, C, C++ experience an advantage
Demonstration of familiarity of a variety of technologies, tools & techniques
Mastery of and several years experience with advanced programming concepts such as test-driven development, OO design patterns and refactoring.
Experience using nUnit and Mock objects for unit testing at least one project that was successfully deployed to production and maintained during subsequent releases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
