We are looking for an “Accounting and Finance Controlling (m/f)" for our customer in the energy sector with the following basic conditions:Start: asap
Duration: 3 months+
Location: Duesseldorf
Workload: 100%
Tasks:
• Design and deliver an innovative Data Strategy and Roadmap for the Accounting and Financial Controlling function
• Align Data Strategy and Data Models to the outcomes of A&FC business process reviews, offering guidance and advice on the data approach and recommended technology to use to support business process improvements.
• Conduct Data Architecture Analysis, to gauge architecture and technology and identify gaps and critical process/data flows.
• Lead Data Architecture Workshops, Digital Transformation leads, and strategic partners to deliver technology-enabled competitive advantage, in line with the overall Digitalisation vision.
• Prioritise tactical and strategic improvements required to enhance, optimise and develop the existing data environment, ensuring resources are assigned to deliver.
• Lead the development and coordination of selected data analytics and reporting proof of concepts in close collaboration with the business areas, IT and cross functional teams (e.g. IT experts plus data analysts, data scientists and data engineers).
• Participate in Use Case and Business Case development, providing input into business benefits for A&FC, aligning technical and functional understanding with business process knowledge e.g. in the case of Data Analytics.
• Act as a thought leader on emerging “Big data” technologies / techniques, articulating the digital future
• Keep abreast of leading trends in digital, cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, virtual reality, augmented reality and combinations of technology that matter in Digital Transformation.
Requirements:
• Data analytics and predictive forecasting experience would be very interesting
